Creating an Account

To join LondonGentlemeenPlay, click "Join the Club" in the top navigation. Enter your full name, choose a unique username, and create a password. Upon successful registration, 5,000 virtual coins are credited to your account immediately.

Signing In

Click "Sign In" in the header and enter your username and password. Your account details, including coin balance and game progress, are stored securely in your browser's local storage.

Forgotten Password

Account information is stored locally on your device. If you have cleared your browser data or changed devices, you will need to create a new account. We recommend noting your username when registering.

Virtual Coins

What Are Virtual Coins?

Virtual coins are the play currency of LondonGentlemeenPlay. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for any goods, services, or real money. They exist purely to enable play within our games.

Running Low on Coins

If your balance reaches zero, your coin balance will be automatically replenished with a complimentary allocation so you can continue playing. This is a free service — you will never be charged.

Earning More Coins

You earn virtual coins by playing and winning within the games. Each game has its own payout structure for winning plays.

Game Progress

Your coin balance is saved automatically after each game. Your running totals are always current. There is no need to manually save your progress.

Game Availability

All three games — Gentleman's Poker, London Roulette, and Club Blackjack — are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no restrictions on play times.

Technical Issues During Play

If a game freezes or behaves unexpectedly, refresh the page. Your coin balance is preserved. If the issue persists, please contact our support team via the Contact page.
